Preview: The Best of Pixar Series 2

July 4th will see the release of The Best of Pixar Series 2 Collection. This set will include the following 7 plush: Ratatouille, Linguini, Kevin, Carl Fredricksen, Russell, Dug and Dug in the cone of shame. Each plush is set to retail at $5.95.

Tsum Tsum Ideas - Country Bear Jamboree

I've seen some fantastic designs by fans of future Tsum Tsum collections that they'd like to see. While some have come to fruition, others are still fantastic ideas I wish Disney would pay attention to. One such example is the above Country Bear Jamboree design.

I would love to see an expansion of the Country Bear Jamboree tsums! Recently, Big Al and one of bears from the Sunshine Trio were released as part of the Frontierland collection. I would love to see Henry, Trixie and Teddi Barra (pictured in the above design) released in future too.

Tsum Tsum Tuesday - Cars 3 Collection Out Now!

The Cars 3 Tsum Tsum Collection is now available at Disney Stores and the Disney Store Online. This is a 7 piece set including Lightning McQueen, Mater, Doc Hudson, Sally Porsche, Cruz Ramirez, Smokey, and Jackson Storm. Each plush retails at $5.95.

The Cars 3 Tsum Tsum Collection will be released on June 13. The set looks to be 7 pieces and include some of our favorites Lightning McQueen and Mater, as well as new characters from the upcoming film.

Permanent Changes to Tsum Tsum Tuesday?

Recently you may have noticed, as I have, that there have been fewer Tsum Tsum releases each month. Disney have advertised for a while that will be two Tsum Tsum Tuesdays a month, the first and third of the month, each bringing a new Tsum Tsum release. But since April, sets have been more sporadic and releases have occurred on days other than Tuesdays.

Announcements of several Tsum Tsum collections this year have come with the above pictured message, "We will introduce a new "Tsum Tsum" Mini Plush Collection on Tuesdays throughout the month". (Emphasis added). Last November, new collections had the message, "We will now introduce a new "Tsum Tsum" Mini Plush Collection on the first AND third Tuesday of every month". I guess this means the bi-monthly Tsum Tsum Tuesday releases are now a thing of the past? One Tsum Tsum collection release a month has been a given, but any more than that appears to be unknown.
